- 1 can Garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 can Kidney beans, drained
- 1 can S & W dill green beans (with liquid)
- 1/2 can Artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
- 1/2 can Black olives, sliced
- 1 Red pepper, diced
- 1/2 C Onion, green or purple, diced
- 2 C Shredded Savoy cabbage
- 1 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 C Fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 C Fresh parsley, chopped
